Lydia Kennedy, M.Ed., CDP, ECM Transformational Leader and Founder, Shine Bright Consulting

Lydia Kennedy is the founder of Shine Bright Consulting, a company dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations shine bright. With extensive experience in senior human resources, leadership development, and organizational transformation, Lydia has collaborated with esteemed institutions such as University of California San Francisco, University of Vermont, Banner Health, and Washington University in St. Louis.


A certified mentor facilitator with the National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN) and trained in Culturally Aware Mentoring (ICAM) through CIMER, Lydia designs and facilitates programs that foster personal and professional growth. She is also a certified corporate trainer through Zenger Miller/Achieve Global.


Through Shine Bright Consulting, she empowers clients to develop personalized strategies that drive well-being, growth, and sustainable impact. Lydia’s approach centers on leadership, mentorship, and resilience to empower individuals and organizations shine brightest and create positive, lasting change.
